Together 2020 update

Hello to all of our wonderful Together friends and family!

Firstly, we want to send our LOVE to you all in these strange and sometimes worrying times.
We’re sorry not to have been in touch sooner, it's been such a tough call to make, but we've decided we have to postpone Together until 6-8 August 2021.

But don't despair! Our plan is to still have a virtual gathering over the same weekend (31st July – 2nd August), filled with as much fun and games as we can, to give our performers a chance to play for you, and us all chance to party!

It will be hosted by our kind, generous and talented friends at Purple Radio and we will encourage Togetherists to listen, dance, play, donate, get involved online to help the kids in Uganda who need your support now more than ever.

The current situation means going ahead with Together 2020 holds too many risks for us:
♥️ To your health and the health of volunteers who work so hard to put on an amazing party that also has a huge social impact
♥️ The closer we get to the event date the more £ we risk in commitment to suppliers if we can’t go ahead
♥️ If we go ahead with a reduced crowd, we not only risk losing £, but we also don't make the most of the huge efforts and goodwill that you all contribute to help us make it happen and could impact on our ability to hold more Together parties in the future.

Obviously we are completely gutted, but we know this is the right thing to do at this time and guarantee we can come back with a bang in 2021.

Some of your burning questions answered…

Can I keep my ticket and use it next year?
♥️ Absolutely! You will not lose your tickets and can carry them over to Together 2021. For those who are happy to support us in this way and guarantee their spot for the next festival, no action is needed - it will happen automatically if you do not claim a refund.

Can I get a refund?
♥️ Of course, that you can claim a refund on your ticket/s and luxury camping. Please reply to the email we are sending all ticket holders with instructions on what you would like us to do with your tickets. I will need the name of the person that purchased the tickets, your ticket number, address.

Can I donate the cost of my ticket/s to help vulnerable children during the Coronavirus crisis?
♥️ Yes, you can! please reply to the email we are sending out or contact us here with instructions on what you would like us to do with you - roll over, refund or donate.
