Luxury camping for Together 2023

We have a range of luxury bell tent camping options to suit the size of your party

All bell tents come furnished with memory foam mattresses, a rug, cushions, low table/tray, fairy lights and lamp as standard.

All you have to do is bring your sleeping bag or duvet - although these can be provided for a small extra cost too if you wish!

Bell Tent Hire Terms and Conditions

You will be allowed to check in from midday on Friday when the site is open and must check out by 11am on Monday (the party site closes at midday on the Monday).

Prices do not include entry to party – you will need valid tickets for yourself and everyone in your group to get on to the party site.

Under 18’s will need to be accompanied by an adult. All the same rules and licensing laws apply to campers that apply to all party goers, read more here.

We will contact you ahead of the party to find out which area of the campsite would best suit your needs (family, quiet or just plain camping etc).

Upon receipt of payment in full we will send you an email confirming your booking but we may need to contact you by phone to confirm your bedding requirements so please remember to add all your details: full name, email address and telephone number.

If you wish to cancel your bell tent booking and want a refund you must let us know no less than 35 days before the event date or alternatively you can find someone else to use the booking (if this is the case we will need to let us know in advance of the party).

You are not allowed to take furniture or bedding away from the bell tent and all their contents must be returned how they were found.

Smoking and cooking are not allowed inside the tent. Under no circumstances may you take a fire/barbecue into your tent.

We have a supervised campfire on site – no other fires are allowed.

Bell tents may not be used in connection with any commercial activity on or off site.

Together is not responsible for your possessions when being stored in the tent. Admission to the campsite is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. Together will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained on the campsite at the event including damage, theft or losses from tents and/or from motor vehicles. There will be security teams, campsite stewards and medical staff on site to help deal with these kind of occurrences.
